I just wanna to share some of my experience in order to get more cards. Well if you think that Im now right, you can always test it and check it, and come back here and post your thoughts.
Can you share experience towards me Govedo?
It seems that you will get extra cards if you hit in USA RWs on resistance side. If you dont believe you can try it. You can use sample of 5 RWs, hit minimum 100 hits and then tell me your experience.

Damn, almost every two hits a card drops. Hope admin not gonna fix this soon.

yea man, it works, I hit in US RW and get 3 cards. You must try, there in bug
That isn t from now. I tested several time before from different acc from different countries. Every time when i hit in RWho is against my NE countries give more card/ dice. The algorithmic make that to happen.
Thats happening in battle when you hit for TA. Sometimes happens to get more cards/ dice when you hit whit weapon, in some battle when you hit in Rw or Ta without weapons you get more dice / cards. But you must travel yo many times to find THAT battle ho gives more revards
