Dear citizens,
After discussing, Brazil and Portugal governments and OFC are happy to announce a Non-Agression Pact deal sustained in nine topics, as follows: 

1st - Brazil will rent the region of Azores for 50 golds per month
2nd - Brazil will have Lisbon from Portugal 
3rd - Portugal will migrate to Senegal 
4th - Brazil won’t attack Portugal and OFC either directly or through MPP, and Brazil allies may attack Portugal.
5th - Portugal and OFC won’t attack Brazil either directly or through MPP, and Portugal allies may attack Brazil. Even if OFC moves from Portugal, this NAP rules are still valid for OFC, and any retaliation will be considered breaking this agreement;
6th - Involved countries are free to defend their allies attacked directly either by Brazil or Portugal or OFC;
7th - Brazil will return remaining Portugal regions, except for the treaty specified Azores and Lisbon;
8th - The war between the countries will be terminated and the agreement becomes valid for 2 months from this date (erev day 27);
9th - Portugal And Brazil won’t fight in any RW involving each other.

Após discussão, o governo brasileiro, português e a OFC anunciam um Pacto de Não-Agressão sustentado em nove pontos, como se segue:

1o - O Brasil alugará a região de Azores de Portugal ao custo de 50 gold por mês;
2o - O Brasil terá Lisboa de Portugal;
3o - Portugal migrará para Senegal;
4o - O Brasil não atacará Portugal e a OFC diretamente ou através de MPP, e seus aliados estão livres para possíveis ataques;
5o - Portugal e a OFC não atacarão o Brasil diretamente ou através de MPP, e seus aliados estão livres para possíveis ataques. Ainda que a OFC saia de Portugal, as regras do acordo continuam válidas para a OFC, e qualquer retaliação será considerada quebra de acordo;
6o - Os países envolvidos podem defender seus aliados de ataques feitos pelo Brasil, por Portugal ou pela OFC;
7o - O Brasil devolverá as regiões restantes de portugal, exceto pelas regiões especificadas no tratado: Azores e Lisboa;
8o - A guerra entre os países será encerrada e o acordo tem validade de dois meses a partir desta data (dia 27 do erev);
9o - Brasil e Portugal não lutarão em nenhuma Guerra de Resistência envolvendo algum dos países.
