This Iranian horror story takes place in a village in western Iran around 1930. A widow named Mahboobeh, who had lost her husband, decided not to remarry and raised her four children alone. Her job required her to leave home early at 5 a.m. every day to work with other women. One day, her workplace location changed, and her coworkers agreed to pick her up at 5 a.m. the next morning to head to the new site.
The next morning, exactly at 5 a.m., with heavy snow falling, someone knocked on Mahboobeh's door. She opened it and saw her coworker waiting. She shut the door behind her and followed the person. Due to the snow, she stepped carefully into the footprints left by the one ahead, ensuring she followed closely.
After walking a short distance, Mahboobeh noticed her coworker's footprints growing unnaturally larger, which startled her. Without revealing her suspicion, she continued following until the footprints became extraordinarily large. Alarmed, she stopped and hurried back home. To her shock, she found her real coworker waiting at the door. Upon explaining what had happened, her coworker confirmed that the figure she had followed was not human but a jinn intending to lead her away.
