After a great but short war between our countries we decided that enough is enough.
So our 3 nations sat down and discussed how to end this war and have everyone satisfied with the result.
We came down to these terms

1)Mexico and Peru will not DW USA and vice versa
2)Mexico and Peru will not fight in USA rws nor USA at Peru and Mexico RWS
3)Transfers of regions will happen between the three countries in China-Cuba-India-Russia-Sri lanka
4)The transfers are so USA-Mexico-Peru can acheive maximum possible bonuses for them
all DW battles will be discussed and agreed upon so the tranfers happen without problems
5)any region lost is not to be stolen via dw by mentioned countries

List of regions to be traded to the USA: Western Siberia,Eastern Siberia,Xinjiang ,Gansu,Mongolia,Heilongjang,Pihiti,Maya
List of region to be traded to Mexico :Yunnan,Central China,Fuijian,Zhejiang,Western Cuba ,Las Villas

NAP is to last for 2 months from  12/10/2019 till 12/12/2019 and the CP of the countries mentioned need to sign below
