El dia 796, al iniciar mis labores presidenciales me encontre con la sorpresa de una declaracion de guerra de nuestro vecino SERBIA, quien por bastante tiempo llevabamos una relacion de vecinos muy neutral pero por parte de ellos eso termino, me dispuse a entablar conversaciones con el gabinete de serbia para que demostraran su postura ante tal hecho y una excusa o motivo racional por el cual se nos habia declarado la guerra. no tuve una respuesta amistosa, tiempo despues del mismo dia veo el Dow de SA, nada conveniente en estos momentos.


Por eso hago un llamado a nuestros hermanos peruanos y compatriotas que entraremos en un enfrentamiento belico,no queremos esta guerra, pero defenderemos nuestro territorio, por nuestro orgullo y por la que posiblemente sea la ultima guerra importante del servidor. AMIGOS,ALIADOS, COMPAÑEROS Y TODO APOYO QUE QUIERA SER PARTE DEL EJERCITO DE PERU.

No dudaremos en seguir luchando hasta el ultimo momento, sabemos que tenemos todo en contra y que del otro lado se concentra el 70% del daño mundial, pero nuestros enemigos sangraran por el orgullo peruano!, por un servidor sano y balanceado si esta sera nuestra ultima lucha sera por el honor de nuestra nacion.
