Exactly a month ago the Kingdom of Montenegro launched an attack on Albania. The two countries had some level of hostility during the one of "War of the nations" events that happened long ago, in which the Kingdom of Montenegro was attacked without clear statement that the attack happened with the purpose of harvesting points for the event. The Kingdom of Montenegro repelled the attack and vowed revenge. During the attack that happened a month ago and lasted until today, the Kingdom of Montenegro managed to conquer 3/4 of Albanian regions, which were held with minimal losses, with last region, Vlora, deemed not being beneficial to the Kingdom of Montenegro as an another country laid a claim to it.

However, after a full month, with many hard-fought battles between the Kingdom and Albania, in which the Kingdom of Montenegro had the upper hand, our two countries developed mutual respect. Albanians, under Gostivar and with the help of their allies, showed great resistance. 

Today, after long negotiations, our two governments decided to end hostilities with one another, sealed with a peace treaty proposal and a MPP which will make us allies instead of enemies. This proposal came from the government of Kingdom of Montenegro, with minimal financial and military demands, and Albanians accepted it. Everything be settled once game mechanism allows it.

Since both of our countries share few common enemies and allies in current wars all over the world,  our war ended and our friendship began in order to better ist our allies.

Both countries are commited to mutual protection of one another.

The Kingdom of Montenegro will start retreating from Albanian regions it holds and no resistance to this will come from the Kingdoms government.

This treaty will be in power for as long as both sides remain commited to it.

The treaty was voided by the Kingdom of Montenegro on 1st of November 2023. The Albanian government was notified on 1st of November 2023.
The Kingdom of Montenegro will take a stance of neutrality towards Albania and is not obliged to help nor harm territorial, political or any other type of Albania's sovereignty.

*UPDATE*
On December 30 2023, the Kingdom of Montenegro and Albania will move towards the renewal of good relations and an alliance. 
This will be sealed with an MPP sent to the Kingdom of Montenegro by Albania, at the latter's expense.
The future of this alliance will depend on Albania's commitment to it.
The original treaty will remain VOIDED indefinitely.
