It confuses me...
It actually surprises me that our civilization has no money for infrastructure to bring water to parts of Africa, where people are dying for lack of food and water, but has money to search for water on Mars...
I don't know who wrote it, but somewhere I came across the thought that poverty does not exist because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot feed the rich.
It's easy to be civilized, it's much harder to be human...
