En el día 782 llegué a este mundo y unos días después, en las elecciones presidenciales, asumí la presidencia de Chile. Debido a mi falta de experiencia y contexto de este mundo, decidí lo siguiente: Nos mantendremos neutrales y continuaremos las interacciones y relaciones previas que se habían construido por gabinete desde antes de que yo naciera. La razón de esto es porque si quieres construir un imperio, necesitas tener los cimientos sólidos. No se puede tener un Imperio si sus cimientos no tienen una estructura sólida. Por lo tanto, debemos ser fuertes en nuestros valores y reconocer cuál es el comportamiento correcto.

Es mi trabajo, como el actual Emperador Presidente de Chile proteger los intereses de mi enación y también es mi trabajo mantener el equilibrio en el gobierno, que también se tiene como objetivo establecer un fuerte cuerpo diplomático. En los asuntos actuales de las relaciones exteriores, mencionaré lo siguiente: Estaremos con nuestros aliados Japón y Hungría. No habrá puntos tibios en cuanto a sus problemas. Estaremos con ellos como buenos aliados, honrando nuestra palabra, con la razón y la fuerza.

De antemano, es importante mencionar: No habrá tolerancia en cuanto a hostilidades del exterior, Deben de respetar nuestras regiones vitales en el contexto geográfico, por la razón o la fuerza. Esta es una postura muy directa, por lo que apuntando esta premisa con un consejo: No queremos enemigos, pero les daremos batalla si aparecen.

Las relaciones diplomáticas se llevarán a cabo con honor y respeto. En el arte de la diplomacia, nosotros sabemos que por medio de está, está el camino hacia la razón. Pero tampoco tenemos miedo de usar la fuerza. Esto es el Imperio Chileno, y estableceremos nuestro camino, por la razón o la fuerza.

In the day 782, I arrived to this world and some days after, in the presidential elections, I became President of Chile. The reason of this is because if you want to built an empire, you need to have solid foundations. You cannot have an Empire, if your foundations doesn't have a strong structure. So, we need to be strong in our values and recognize what is the correct behavior.

Is my duty, as the current Emperor President of Chile to protect the interest of my enation and also is my duty to maintain balance in the government, which also means to have a strong diplomatic body. In the current Foreign affairs, I mention the following: We will be with our allies, Hungary and Japan. There will be no lukewarm stance towards their problems. We will be with them, as good allies. Honoring our word, by reason and force.

Also it is important to mention: There will not be tolerance towards hostilities from the outside. They must respect our vital regions in the geographical context, by reason or force. This is very direct stance, and therefore, pointing this with a strong advice. We don't want to create enemies, but we will fight them if they appear.

Diplomatic relationships will be done with respect and honor. In the art of diplomacy, we know, diplomacy is the strongest path to logic. But also, we are not afraid of using the force. This is the Chilean Empire, we will establish our paths, by reason or force.
