Θα ήθελα να ανακοινώσω μετά από μακρές συζητήσεις μεταξύ των δύο χωρών ότι συμφωνήσαμε και αποφασίσαμε να υπογράψουμε το παρακάτω NAP. Ενώ επιθυμούμε να αποφύγουμε τα λάθη του παρελθόντος, κάνουμε τη συμφωνία δημόσια προς την κοινότητα, προκειμένου να βελτιώσουμε τις σχέσεις μεταξύ των δύο κυβερνήσεών μας. Η Ελλάδα δεν θεωρεί πλέον την Αλβανία ως εχθρό και στην πραγματικότητα δεν το έκανε ποτέ, βοηθώντας έτσι τους Αλβανούς να επιστρέψουν στην πατρίδα τους κατά τη διάρκεια των συνομιλιών μας σε μια επίδειξη φιλίας και καλής θέλησης.

1. Η Ελλάδα θα επιστρέψει την Βλόρα και τα Τίρανα στην Αλβανία.
2. Η Ελλάδα θα κρατήσει την Κόρκα και τη Βόρεια Αλβανία για περίοδο 30 ημερών χωρίς καμία χρέωση και αυτό μπορεί να παραταθεί από την επόμενη κυβέρνηση για άλλες 30 ημέρες.
3. Η Ελλάδα και η Αλβανία δεν θα πολεμήσουν σε οποιοδήποτε RW εναντίον του άλλου ούτε θα επιτεθούν ο ένας στον άλλο κατά τη διάρκεια αυτής της περιόδου.

Greetings everyone,I would like to announce after long discussions between both countries that we reached in an agreement and we decided to sign the bellow NAP. While wanting to avoid the mistakes from the past we are making the agreement public to the community, in order to improve relations between our two governments. Greece no longer considers Albania as an enemy and as a matter of fact never did, thus we isted the Albanians in returning to their home country during our talks in a show of friendship and goodwill.

1. Greece will return Vlora and Tirana to Albania.
2. Greece will keep Korca and North Albania for a period of 30 days without any fee and this can be extended by the next government for another 30 days.
3. Greece and Albania will not fight in any Resistant War against each other nor attack one-another during this period.

Pershendetje te gjitheve,Do te doja te njoftoja se pas diskutimeve te gjata midis dy vendeve arritem ne nje marreveshje dhe vendosem te nenshkruajme NAP-in me poshte. Duke dashur te evitojme gabimet nga e shkuara, marreveshjen po e bejme publike per komunitetin ne menyre qe te permiresojme marredhenien midis dy qeverive tona. Greqia nuk e konsideron me Shqiperine si armik dhe ne fakt asnjehere nuk e konsideruam, perkundrazi ndihmuam shqiptaret te riktheheshin ne vendin e tyre gjate bisedimeve ne shenje miqesie dhe vullneti te mire.

1.Greqia do ti ktheje Vloren dhe Tiranen Shqiperise.
2.Greqia do te mbaje Korcen dhe North Albania per nje periudhe 30 ditore duke nisur qe nga 5 Prilli, kundrejt asnje pagese dhe mund te shtyhet nga qeveria e ardhshme per nje periudhe tjeter 30 ditore.
3.Greqia dhe Shqiperia nuk do te luftojne ne ndonje RW kunder njera-tjetres dhe as do e sulmojne njera-tjetren gjate kesaj periudhe.
